What we do with your details.
Short version: the only personal data this website collects is what you type into the demo form, and it goes straight to our CRM so we can reply to you.

This site does not track you
- No cookies. There is nothing to consent to, which is why you see no cookie banner.
- No analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, no fingerprinting.
- No third-party scripts. Fonts are your device's own and the animation libraries are served from this domain, so simply reading the site sends your data to nobody.
The one and only time this site contacts an outside service is the moment you press Request a demo.
Who is responsible
Mango62 is the data controller for the information described here. To reach us about anything on this page, including any of the requests below, email scott@scottmackey.co.uk.
What we collect, and only when you send it
Nothing is collected from browsing. If you fill in the demo form, we receive exactly this:
| Field | Why |
|---|---|
| Name | So we know who we are talking to |
| Firm | To understand your practice before the call |
| Work email | To reply and arrange a time |
| Phone (optional) | Only if you choose to give it |
| Number of advisers | To pitch the demo at the right scale |
| Your message (optional) | So we show you what you actually asked about |
| Modules you switched on | So the demo covers the modules you care about |
| The page you submitted from | Basic context for the enquiry |
There is also a hidden anti-spam field. Real visitors never see it; if it arrives filled in, the submission is discarded and never leaves your browser.
Please do not send client information through this form. The form is for arranging a demo. If you bring documents to the demo itself, bring redacted ones.
Our lawful basis
Consent. You tick the box before the form will send, and that consent is the basis on which we contact you about a demo. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing scott@scottmackey.co.uk, and we will stop.
We do not add you to a marketing list, and we do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for their own marketing.
Where it goes
Submissions are sent to our CRM, HighLevel (HighLevel Inc., trading as GoHighLevel/LeadConnector), which creates a contact record and emails us so we can respond. HighLevel is a United States company, so your details are transferred outside the UK and processed under the safeguards in HighLevel's data processing terms.
The site is hosted by Vercel. Vercel serves the pages and keeps standard server logs, which may include your IP address, for operational and security purposes.
Aside from those two, no one else receives your details.
How long we keep it
We keep demo enquiries for 24 months from our last contact with you, then delete them. If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of what we hold about you;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to how we use it;
- withdraw your consent, at any time.
Email scott@scottmackey.co.uk and we will deal with it within one month. There is no charge, and you do not need to give a reason.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.
Changes
If this notice changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
